I started the Unconventional Training Academy through a passion for delivering powerful and unique training systems to trainers. Seeing a big gap in the fitness industry for some of the more unique training tools out there, I decided to create a detailed, systematic, easy to follow structure for each tool. This then lead to the evolution and growth of the Integrated Movement Practitioner Certifications and the Master of Integrated Correction system

Mr Maceman

Rik Brown, a.k.a. Mr. Maceman, has been training with the steel mace for over a decade and has more experience with it than anyone else I’ve come across. He emphasizes the “traditional” steel mace exercises like the 10-2 and 360’s. Rik Brown is the foremost authority in the world on the steel mace and is an integral part of the UTAcademy as an industry partner and also an educator to our team to keep our technique and  knowledge at the absolute forefront.  As the first people in Australia to host Rik and create the first ever certified Steel Mace courses, we are proud to be the official Mr Maceman affiliates for Australia

Steve Winchester

Steve has been in the industry for over a decade and trained countless people in how to function better and move pain free without sacrificing their free time to achieve results. He founded Everyday Movement to be a place where anyone and everyone could and achieve their best while being listened to and heard. Steve’s immense knowledge base and relatability to clients made him an easy choice to be our lead educator across Australia having taught 100’s of personal trainers.

Christine Waite

Christina Waite is a Movement Coach specializing in pilates and personal training to achieve your weight loss, strength, rehabilitation. Her passion is you and your family’s fitness and health.

She has trained some of London and Sydney’s elite and featured regularly as the fitness and health expert for numerous health and Lifestyle magazines. She is also the founder of an integrated pilates and personal training program Fat Free Mama, designed specifically for the needs of post-natal women.

Being a mum and business woman Christina understands the demands of a hectic schedule. She owes her success in life and fitness to having a healthy body, and a balanced approach to nourished living.

Full Flow Fitness was born to fill the inevitable gaps in a modern, busy existence and she has helped hundreds of men women to enrich their lives and find their flow. It is Christina’s understanding of the human psyche along with her vast experience, passion for movement and love of people that makes her method so successful – and keeping her clients coming back for more.
